Job summary

Integrated Health Plans Pte Ltd is seeking an individual to manage mailboxes, request documents from member, clinic and hospital, and liaise with medical providers. The role requires accuracy, timely processing within SLA, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

You will assess requests, issue LOGs to members and hospitals, and prepare reports for supervisors. English fluency and strong communication are essential to succeed in a dynamic team environment.

• Clear LOG mailbox and request documents from member/clinic/hospital.
• Liaise with clinic/hospital/medical consultant.
• Assess LOG requests and issue LOG to member/hospital within SLA.
• Prepare reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
