Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to corporate and commercial matters
• Prepare and oversee all aspects of conveyancing works from initiation to completion independently
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on regulatory compliance matters, particularly matters affecting financial institutions
• Be familiar with property law and land use regulations
• Be familiar with all laws, regulations, and policy documents issued by regulatory authorities, particularly Bank Negara Malaysia and MITI
• Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant government authorities effectively and in a timely manner
