Rozali Ismail & Co. seeks a Legal Associate to join its Corporate & Commercial Law team in Puncak Alam, Selangor and TTDI Plaza Kuala Lumpur.

The role offers full-time work with exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and close collaboration with senior lawyers and partners. You will handle conveyancing transactions, draft and review agreements, and liaise with banks, developers, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognised institution and admission to the Malaysian Bar Council or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify legal issues and develop practical solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in English; Malay or Mandarin Chinese advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

About the role

Rozali Ismail & Co. is seeking talented Legal Associates to join our Corporate & Commercial Law team in Puncak Alam, Selangor and TTDI Plaza Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career within a dynamic and growing law firm. As a Legal Associate, you will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. This role is essential to our firm's success, as you will contribute directly to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients whilst building your expertise in this specialised field.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sale and purchase transactions for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
