Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, analyzing evidence and advising clients on the potential outcomes of litigation
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, brief and other court filings.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiate settlements on behalf of the clients.
- to manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both, sub-sale) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations
- To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
- Attending client, monitors & follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
- Other tasks as assigned by the firm time to time
Qualifications
- Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current practicing Certificate
- Minimum 2 years working experience as practicing lawyer.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility.
- Independent and able to work in team.
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
