Job summary

LEDtronics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Engineer/Business Development Executive to drive LED display project opportunities in Malaysia. You will gather requirements, prepare quotations, analyse costs, and pursue deals from enquiry to closure.

Strong sales mindset with technical understanding and ability to coordinate with engineering and operations teams will be essential. The role involves meeting clients, presenting solutions, and travelling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or project sales is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for costing, pricing and reporting.
• Commercially minded with ability to analyse requirements and prepare quotations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and follow up on new sales opportunities and project leads.
• Pursue sales targets and manage projects from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Meet developers, consultants, architects, contractors, corporate clients and other decision-makers.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend LED display solutions.
• Prepare quotations, costing sheets, comparison tables, sales reports and project documentation.
• Follow up quotations and gather feedback from customers.
• Coordinate with management, project, engineering and administration teams to prepare proposals.
• Negotiate professionally and sell based on LEDtronics' strengths and lifecycle value.
