The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in FMCG or retail, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. You will liaise with bankers, landlords, and internal teams while supporting monthly reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within FMCG or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain and update all accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile daily sales transactions with accounts receivable data.
• Ensure precise recording and application of all payments to the correct accounts.
• Verify voided receipts and manage customer refunds and AR aging.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales and Trade Marketing to resolve billing discrepancies and improve invoicing processes.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with merchants and landlords to collect payments.
