You will maintain tenant databases, organize tenancy documents, prepare reports, and coordinate with leasing, legal, finance and operations. Excellent Excel skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis, data organisation).
• Detail-oriented and highly organised with ability to handle confidential information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Coordination Support: Maintain and update tenant database and leasing trackers.
• Reporting & Data Support: Update occupancy and rental trackers; assist in compiling leasing progress reports.
• General Support: Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Leasing Manager.
