Job summary

PKNS Real Estate Sdn Bhd (PREC) is seeking a proactive Leasing Executive to track and report on leasing communication effectiveness for major sites such as Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, SACC Mall, and others. The role focuses on tenancy mix planning, lease administration, and strong landlord-tenant relationships.

You will monitor renewals, ensure timely reporting, and conduct market research to stay abreast of retail/office property developments, while coordinating with maintenance and security teams.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years in leasing/tenancy management within a shopping mall environment.
• Strong coordination across internal departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Report and analyze leasing communication effectiveness for key sites.
• Plan tenancy mix and oversee tenancy transactions with integrity.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive Leasing Executive to track and report on leasing communication effectiveness for key sites such as Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, SACC Mall, Kompleks PKNS Bangi, Menara PKNS MPPJ etc.

Key responsibilities

Report and strategic thinking of the ability to demonstrate strong organisational, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

Support the immediate supervisor in planning and implementing tenancy mix as per strategic planned on proposed tenants mix with practice high ethical work with integrity and maturity.

Establish and maintain good relationship between Landlord and tenant in any circumstances directly to Headquarter.

Monitoring, prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to leasing transaction.

Ensure all sites adhere dateline and leasing standards terms including troubleshooting if any support documents need

Monitoring tenancy agreements to ensure timely renewal.

To ensure proper leasing administration of all documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and deadlines are met.

Assist to conduct market research on shopping centres in order to keep abreast of retail property/office property development in the market.

Gather feedback from tenants on the performance of the mall as a whole and built good relationship with tenants and assist tenant to solve problems if any.

Liaise with maintenance and securities departments regarding tenant's renovation and operations.

About you

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, or equivalent

Possess knowledge in leasing / tenancy management minimum 3 years of working experience in the shopping mall environment or in similar capacity related field

Possess skill in managing subordinates and to ensure smooth coordination / cooperation among various internal department to facilitate business needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office and IFCA

Proficient in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Meticulous and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
