Job summary

Key responsibilities include reporting, landlord-tenant relationships, tenancy agreements, and market research on shopping centres to stay updated on retail developments. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Possess knowledge in leasing / tenancy management with at least 3 years of working experience in a shopping mall environment or similar field.
• Ability to manage subordinates and coordinate across internal departments to facilitate business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IFCA.
• Proficient in writing and speaking Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Meticulous with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report the effectiveness of leasing communications and leasing strategies.
• Assist in planning and implementing tenancy mix with ethical, mature practices.
• Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships and coordinate with Headquarter when needed.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, management reports, and related leasing documents.
• Ensure timely renewals and adherence to leasing standards and deadlines.
• Conduct market research on shopping centres to stay updated on retail/property developments.
• Liaise with maintenance and security teams regarding tenant renovations and operations.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive Executive, Marketing & Leasing to monitor and report on effectiveness of leasing communications for for Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam.

Key responsibilities

Report and strategic thinking of the ability to demonstrate strong organisational, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

Support the immediate supervisor in planning and implementing tenancy mix as per strategic planned on proposed tenants mix with practice high ethical work with integrity and maturity

Establish and maintain good relationship between Landlord and tenant in any circumstances directly to Headquarter

Monitoring, prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to leasing transaction

Ensure all sites adhere dateline and leasing standards terms including troubleshooting if any support documents need

Monitoring tenancy agreements to ensure timely renewal

Ensure proper leasing administration of all documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and deadlines are met

Assist to conduct market research on shopping centres in order to keep abreast of retail property/office property development in the market

Gather feedback from tenants on the performance of the mall as a whole and built good relationship with tenants and assist tenant to solve problems if any

Liaise with maintenance and securities departments regarding tenant's renovation and operations

About you

Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, or equivalent

Possess knowledge in leasing / tenancy management minimum 3 years of working experience in the shopping mall environment or in similar capacity related field

Possess skill in managing subordinates and to ensure smooth coordination / cooperation among various internal department to facilitate business needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office and IFCA

Proficient in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Meticulous and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
