Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage the function that provides training to agents and/or other business customers.
Identify and analyze training needs.
Design, develop and deliver online training and webinars.
Conduct analysis of training effectiveness and document outcomes.
Coordinate with Underwriting to ensure compliance with guidelines and audits.
Guide licensing procedures for customers.
Develop and distribute training materials.
Support business development through consulting with key customers.
Ensure completion of major projects by maintaining stakeholder dialogue.
Diagnose and propose solutions for business unit issues.
Lead complex long-term projects to implement new systems or programs.
Investigate and implement leading-edge technical solutions when needed.
