Zurich Insurance in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager, Compliance Market Conduct to lead end-to-end management of non-compliance incidents and findings. The role supports regulatory change, market conduct monitoring, and engagement with business units to ensure timely remediation and reporting.

The candidate will monitor remediation progress, perform governance reporting, and collaborate with Legal, Risk and Internal Audit to strengthen controls and compliance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian insurance and takaful laws and regulations.
• Experience in incident management, governance reporting or regulatory change is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Good project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and drive actions to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage non-compliance incidents and findings end-to-end, including SNC matters, intake, assessment, classification and closure.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of incidents, findings and remediation actions in compliance systems.
• Conduct quality reviews of incident assessments, root causes, impact evaluations and remediation plans.
• Monitor remediation progress, escalate overdue or material matters per governance rules.
• Identify themes, trends and systemic issues; recommend policy, process or governance improvements.
• Prepare management information and dashboards on incident status, ageing and remediation progress.
