Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a driven final-year student for a Learning & Talent internship. You will gain hands-on exposure to learning operations, HR technology, and employee development initiatives while supporting ongoing learning transformation projects.

Join a vibrant team and help coordinate programmes, manage platforms like GO1, Articulate 360, SharePoint and Workday, and contribute to communications, analytics and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Final year student / Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Available for internship placement of at least 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives and manage registrations and communications.
• Support administration of learning platforms and digital tools (GO1, Articulate 360, SharePoint, Workday).
• Assist HRDC grant applications, levy reports and training documentation for compliance.
• Develop employee communications for learning programmes and initiatives using Canva and MS 365.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and explore digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
