• Drive the Candidate Experience: Support end-to-end recruitment by coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring recruitment documents are accurate and complete.
• Welcome New Joiners: Assist in organizing and executing onboarding for new hires.
• Expand Our Reach: Participate in career fairs and university talks to showcase AstraZeneca Malaysia as an employer of choice.
• Showcase Creativity: Create engaging content for social media to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
• Enhance Employee’s Learning Experiences: Coordinate training sessions and manage the learning calendar and logistics.
• Transform Learning into an Experience: Manage venue bookings and catered arrangements to ensure programs run smoothly.
• Cross functional working: Collaborate with department admins for HRDC submissions to upskill employees.
• Participate in ad hoc HR Projects: Support HR projects or lead process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
