Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in Talent Development, L&D, Graduate Programs, Internship Management, or Campus Recruitment.
• Experience building partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
• Experience managing internship, graduate, and early career development programs.
• Experience collaborating with regional teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industry is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Internship and Graduate Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, development activities, performance monitoring, and job rotations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and educational institutions, and coordinate campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training needs analysis, training administration, employee development programs, and training records management.
• Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Organize employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and recognition activities to enhance employee experience.
• Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR and training reports, employee records, and related documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and collaborate with stakeholders to support business and people objectives.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
