Mölnlycke is seeking a Standard Author to support the creation of digital learning content within an SAP Enable Now-enabled migration project. You will translate business processes into training materials and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and adoption.

Fresh graduates are welcomed, with a preference for those with SAP and LMS exposure, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business Admin, HR(L&D), IT) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or candidates up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to SAP and LMS is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear learning materials.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Content creation – develop digital learning content by recording and documenting end-to-end SAP transactions using SAP Enable Now.
• Training material preparation – create and maintain learning materials including simulations, demonstrations, and reference documents.
• Content accuracy – ensure materials are accurate, engaging and aligned with business processes and project standards.
• Stakeholder engagement – collaborate with SMEs to translate processes into learning content.
