Job summary

Xepa in Malaysia is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to shape the L&D strategy within a pharmaceutical environment. You will lead the design and execution of the annual training plan, oversee TNA, competency models, and leadership development initiatives to drive capability and succession planning.

Based in Subang or Melaka, the role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and experience with HRD Corp and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, education or psychology.
• 8+ years in L&D with people leadership experience.
• Strong background in L&D strategy, TNA and competency development.
• Experience in talent and succession planning; stakeholder engagement.
• Familiar with HRD Corp requirements and compliance basics.
• GMP/ISO training knowledge is advantageous.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' L&D experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in L&D strategy, TNA, competency development, talent and succession planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Strategic, analytical and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of HRD Corp requirements.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry is an advantage.
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO and compliance training is an added advantage.
