Job summary

Baxter in Malaysia is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Lead to drive high‑impact improvement initiatives across business units and functions. You will embed GPS, lead Kaizen events, and apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to simplify value streams, remove waste, and deliver measurable financial and operational benefits.

You will partner with leaders to align stakeholders, accelerate implementation, and sustain improvements while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading Kaizen events and end‑to‑end value‑stream simplification projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping, and change management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact projects and Kaizen events across units and functions from problem definition through rapid implementation.
• Map, simplify, and improve end‑to‑end value streams spanning multiple functions to reduce handoffs and delays.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, and commercial data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen events, value‑stream mapping, and structured problem‑solving with senior leaders.
• Develop business cases, project charters, and implementation plans with measurable results.
• Align sponsors and stakeholders, navigate priorities, and drive enterprise initiatives to completion.
