This role partners with regional and site leadership to align strategy, measure impact, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through education and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in manufacturing management, engineering management or project management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized body (ASQ/ SME).
• Experience in change management and cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Align Lean Six Sigma vision and strategy with regional and site leadership to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the Lean transformation, coaching teams and developing people through education and development programs.
• Establish and sustain monitoring systems to track continuous improvement metrics and impact across the site.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to integrate Lean programs into rewards and financial processes.
