Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned production/ manufacturing leader to streamline processes and drive efficiency. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts with production, OFM, engineering, WH and quality assurance to reduce waste and meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, strong data interpretation, and excellent communication. SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBi proficiency are preferred to support stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to meet production targets.
• PM tracking on parts shortages, parts borrowed, SW and Golden Unit.
• Provide missed notification along with root cause and projected recommit dates of completion.
• Facilitate communication between different teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive lean manufacturing practices
