Job summary

Lam Research in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Planner to coordinate production plans, manage inventories, and ensure on-time delivery across the full production cycle. You will collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and supply chain teams, use SAP and ERP systems, and mentor junior planners to improve schedules and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors production plans across the complete cycle.
• Establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements using engineering plans.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and production to align materials with schedules.
• Oversee schedules and resolve shortages, backlogs or interruptions.
• Mentor junior planners and improve scheduling processes.
