Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years in production planning or similar role.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production control operations to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor team performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Resolve issues in material flow, shortages, and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and governance.
• Coordinate with Materials, Production, and Planning across functions.
• Support digital adoption and lean initiatives within the team.
• Identify skill gaps and develop team through training & rotation.
• Promote accountability, agility, and collaboration.
