Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain planning globally.
• Knowledge of S&OP, capacity planning, and production planning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory production plan balancing demand and capacity to meet on-time delivery.
• Translate demand into executable plans aligning capacity and resources.
• Collaborate with GPP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to optimize network.
• Lead cross-functional trade-off decisions to improve schedule stability.
• Ensure data integrity and transparent plan changes across versions.
