Job summary

MFS Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, a consumer electronics manufacturer, seeks an experienced professional to analyse operations, apply Lean and Six Sigma, and develop standardized work procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

You will review production schedules, collect and interpret data for performance monitoring, design layouts, support Industry 4.0 initiatives, and collaborate with production, maintenance, QA, and engineering to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret operational data for decision-making.
• Proven track record in developing standardized work procedures and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers and energy losses.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and CI methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standardized work procedures and workflows.
