Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager for our Malaysia site to lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. You will apply Lean tools, standardize work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

You will mentor operators, run Kaizen events, and partner with SAP/MES data and quality teams to drive measurable results in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Basic proficiency in SAP or MES.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean implementation to improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify waste, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Provide Lean training to operators and facilitate workshops.
• Collaborate with SAP/MES data and quality teams to monitor defects.
