Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Assistant to assist Supervisors in smooth daily production line operation at our Johor SENAI plant. You will help ensure adherence to plant policies, SOPs, safety requirements, quality, and 7S while supporting startup, shutdown, and line changeovers.

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Supervisors in smooth daily production line operation.
• Train and educate production line employees to ensure SOP, safety, quality, and 7S compliance.
• Ensure safety requirements compliance and PPE enforcement; identify hazards.
• Assist with production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Meet daily shift production output and quality goals.
• Report and resolve production quality and process control issues.
• Report abnormalities beyond specification in a timely manner.
• Remove unique parts during line model change using the Model change checklist.
• Keep monthly inventory under control.
• Handle any other duties as assigned.

Assist Supervisors in the smooth daily production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures

Train and educate production line employees to always ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, safety requirements, quality, and 7S.

Ensure safety requirement compliance, and enforcement of PPE and proactively identify safety hazards at all times.

Assist Production Supervisors in coordinating production startups, shutdowns, and change-overs.

Responsible to meet daily shift production out and quality goals and target

Responsible and resolving day-to-day production quality and process control issues.

Responsible to report and escape product or process abnormalities that are beyond specification in a timely manner

To perform the material, buy-off at each station when the start of the shift and changing model.

To remove the unique part during line model change using the Model change checklist.

Ensure monthly inventory is under control.

Ensure all processes reject are under control.

Ensure clear all Incoming or processes reject and raise NCM & MRF.

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

1-2 years of experience in related field (manufacturing).
