WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Lead Workplace Services (VP2) to own the technical direction for M365, Exchange, and enterprise workplace infrastructure. You will mentor engineers, ensure platform health, and drive architectural excellence across collaboration, VDI, and endpoints.

You will oversee VMware Horizon, endpoint management, and UC capabilities, provide L3 incident resolution, and partner with security teams to deliver proactive improvements and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–12 years in M365/Exchange and enterprise workplace infra.
• Proven leadership of technical teams or as a technical lead.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon (VDI).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
• Experience with security and mobility tools (MDM, MFA, Trend Micro, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Act as technical lead for M365, Exchange, and workplace infrastructure services.
• Mentor L2/L3 engineers and drive platform health and capacity planning.
• Own escalation handling and root-cause analysis for major incidents.
• Lead architectural decisions across collaboration, VDI, and endpoint environments.

As a Lead Workplace Services (VP2), you will be responsible for:

Technical Leadership & Ownership:

• Acting as the technical lead for M365, Exchange, and workplace infrastructure services.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to L2/L3 engineers.
• Owning platform health, capacity planning, and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Driving architectural decisions and best practices across collaboration, VDI, and endpoint environments.

Platform Administration & Support:

• Managing and supporting M365 collaboration tools, including Exchange (On-Premise, Hybrid, and Online).
• Overseeing and supporting VMware Horizon (VDI) infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and user experience.
• Managing endpoint management solutions, including device compliance, patching, and security baselines.
• Providing L3 support for complex incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.

Unified Communications & Workplace Services:

• Supporting and troubleshooting Unified Communications platforms, including Teams voice/video and collaboration features.
• Collaborating with network and voice teams to resolve communication-related issues.
• Ensuring a seamless user experience across collaboration and communication tools.

Security & Compliance:

• Administering and supporting the BlackBerry MDM mobile suite, Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, and MTD/MFA solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies, including endpoint and access controls.
• Overseeing secure access through IT Admin LAN and Production VDI environments for privileged operations.
• Enforcing governance and privileged access management processes.

Automation & Optimization:

• Using PowerShell scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and proactive monitoring.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and performance.
• Leading Major Incident Management (MIM) calls for workplace services.
• Performing advanced troubleshooting and triage of platform-related issues.
• Working closely with the Workplace IT Service Desk to manage escalations and provide after-hours support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and applications.
• Acting as a point of escalation for business-critical incidents.
• Providing reports, insights, and recommendations to management.

What you already have...

• Have 8-12 years of experience in M365, Exchange, and enterprise workplace infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in:
• VMware Horizon (VDI) (Mandatory)
• Endpoint management platforms
• Unified Communications support
• Hands-on experience with security and mobility tools (MDM, MFA, Trend Micro, etc.).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
• Proven experience in leading teams or acting as technical lead.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
