Job summary

Euro Staffs in Subang Jaya is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to supervise end-to-end warehouse operations on a full-time, on-site basis. You will oversee inbound receiving, inventory storage, order fulfilment, and return handling while ensuring SOP compliance and safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in cross-border logistics or manufacturing and experience coaching a team; proficiency in WMS and MS Office is essential, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Logistics Management; International Trade preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• ≥3 years in cross-border logistics or manufacturing, ≥2 years coaching a team.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inbound/outbound, inventory, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise full warehouse operations and ensure SOP/compliance with standards.
• Review inbound/outbound records and maintain WMS accuracy.
• Manage attendance, manpower planning, and replacements within 48 hours.
• Lead monthly inventory counts and investigate variances to reduce discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd-party providers for service quality.
