Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia.
• 6-8 years of interaction design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interaction design and guidelines across all products.
• Plan and conduct user research and trend analysis to improve growth.
• Lead multiple projects, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Build and mentor a data-driven design team focused on funnel analysis.
• Drive mobile UX improvements and stay current with industry trends.
• Foster collaboration with management, development, and marketing.
• Identify innovative design strategies to grow product engagement.
