Qualifications

• 4–8 years of UX research experience in consumer products or marketplaces.
• Expertise in interviews, usability testing, and synthesis.
• Able to independently scope, recruit, moderate, and synthesize findings.
• Strong communication with PM, design, and business stakeholders.
• Bias for action in fast-moving teams; research tied to outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end research for priority journeys across buyer and seller flows.
• Partner with PMs and Designers early to validate problems and success criteria.
• Translate insights into actionable product direction and trade-offs.
• Establish lightweight usability testing gates across mobile and web.
• Build reusable insight assets like journey maps and insight libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to triangulate user behavior and outcomes.
• Maintain research rigor with unbiased moderation and clear documentation.
