Jabil is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to operate within their assigned responsibilities with high efficiency and integrity. You will design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production, and lead a team through recruitment and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Test Engineers I & II in assigned workcell with high efficiency and integrity.
• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for PCB production.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews and training for Test Engineers.
• Define performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety and compliance in testing activities.
