Job summary

Jabil is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronics production. You will lead and coach Test Engineers, drive improvements, and ensure safe, compliant testing operations across the workcell.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in test engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronics production.
• Manage the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
• Coach and mentor Test Engineers I & II to deliver excellence to customers.
• Coordinate cost-saving improvements and process optimization in testing workflows.
• Ensure safety and health rules and respect company security policy.
