Job summary

Jabil Penang is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II who will design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. You will lead and coach test engineers, ensure quality, and drive improvements in testing efficiency and process documentation.

Responsibilities include implementing testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining rigorous records to support product quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II.
• Coach Test Engineers in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Manage engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for PCB production.
• Identify and implement improvements in test efficiency and quality.
