Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II.
• Coach Test Engineers in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester software for PCBA production.
• Lead and manage testing activities, monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to the test engineering team.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance in testing operations.
