Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Five to ten years of experience in test engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
• Recruit and mentor Test Engineers I & II; manage performance and development.
• Lead cost-conscious testing strategies and improve test efficiency and quality.
