BizLink Group in Penang is seeking an experienced Electronics/Electrical Technology professional to lead a small team of technicians in debugging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of test programs and equipment. The role focuses on preparing SOP documentation for debugging test jigs, managing test data and standards, and driving continuous improvement with minimal supervision.

Strong engineering analysis and communication are essential.

Competenze

1 year experience in related field or equivalent.
Ability to interpret engineering design documents (schematics, drawings).
Electronic circuit and wire list troubleshooting experience.
Strong organization, planning and communication skills.
Experience in E&E testing is advantageous.

Mansioni

Lead and monitor technicians on end-to-end debugging, diagnostics and troubleshooting of test programs and equipment.
Prepare SOP documentation for debugging test jig and address quality issues.
Manage test data and standardization of testing processes.
Work independently with minimal supervision and support continuous improvement.
Provide technical support for diagnostics, debugging and troubleshooting of Test Programs.
