Job summary

BizLink Group in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Lab Engineer responsible for executing laboratory testing and quality control of finished products, driving new project requirements, and coordinating testing schedules.

You will lead failure analysis and CAPA initiatives, develop operating instructions for new equipment, and guide technicians to ensure robust lab operations that support production teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; Chinese-language ability preferred.

Qualifications

• Science background or degree required.
• Laboratory experience preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese.
