Job summary

Jabil, a leading engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a Senior debug technician and senior programmer to lead high-level analysis, debugging, and training duties at our Penang site. You will work on complex test and process improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize yields and reliability.

You will analyze downtime and performance data, implement corrective actions, and contribute to sustaining manufacturing line flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information and manuals.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends in process yield reports and identify root causes.
• Devise data-driven initiatives to reduce non-defective rate (NDF).
• Increase production yields by applying real-time data corrections and coordinating with teams.
• Assist Test Engineer in preventative maintenance and downtime reduction.
• Provide high-level diagnostic training to technicians.
