Job summary

BizLink Group in Penang is seeking an experienced Electronics/Electrical Technology professional to lead a small team of technicians in debugging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of test programs and equipment. The role focuses on preparing SOP documentation for debugging test jigs, managing test data and standards, and driving continuous improvement with minimal supervision.

Strong engineering analysis and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in related field or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents (schematics, drawings).
• Electronic circuit and wire list troubleshooting experience.
• Strong organization, planning and communication skills.
• Experience in E&E testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor technicians on end-to-end debugging, diagnostics and troubleshooting of test programs and equipment.
• Prepare SOP documentation for debugging test jig and address quality issues.
• Manage test data and standardization of testing processes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and support continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support for diagnostics, debugging and troubleshooting of Test Programs.

Job description

This role leads and supports technicians in debugging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of test programs and equipment, while preparing SOPs and managing test data to ensure quality standards. It requires strong technical skills in electronics, problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with minimal supervision.

• Able to lead and monitor a group of technicians on endtoend debugging, diagnostic and troubleshooting on) 2To Prepare SOP documentation of debugging test jig & attend quality issue
• Test Program, Test Data and Test standardize management
• Able to work independently, selfmotivated, well organized, and minimum supervision
• Possess strong engineering and analytical problemsolving skills will be an added advantage
• Follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Degree/Master: Electronic & Electrical/RoboticEngineering Technology or Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent and demonstrated 1 year experience
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents: ie. schematics, drawings
• Electronic circuit and wire list troubleshooting experience
• Organization, planning and communication skills
• Experience in E&E testing will be advantage
• Experienced in providing technical support in terms of, diagnostic, debugging and troubleshooting on Test Programs
• Experienced in operating test tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, and basic circuit design will be advantage
