Job summary

EPF Malaysia is seeking a strategic Talent Development Lead to design, deploy and manage targeted development interventions across the organisation. The role drives leadership readiness and succession planning, integrating programmes with EPF’s strategic talent aspirations and leadership pipeline.

You will manage governance, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery of MDP, PAVE, and related certification tracks to strengthen overall talent readiness and bench strength for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent recognised by government.
• Hands‑on experience in managing leadership or management development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Identify leadership and functional capability gaps using succession priorities and business requirements.
• Design and maintain an integrated roadmap for Management Development Programme (MDP), PAVE, including objectives and selection criteria.
• Custodian for programme frameworks, records, dashboards and evaluation plans.
• Benchmark and analyse best practices to keep EPF's development portfolio competitive and future-ready.
• Develop strategic relationships with universities and learning providers and assess suitability.
• Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of development programmes across talent levels.
• Administer nominations, applications, progress tracking and governance for PAVE.
