Lead end-to-end delivery of storage infrastructure projects, including technology refreshes, data center migrations, storage consolidations, backup modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
Review and validate technical architectures and infrastructure designs.
Coordinate with business, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical leadership in enterprise storage, SAN, backup, replication, and data protection technologies.
Drive risk management, issue resolution, and operational readiness activities.
Support capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and infrastructure investment planning.
Mentor technical teams and promote engineering best practices.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
10-15 years of experience in enterprise storage or infrastructure platforms.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing vendors and technical delivery teams.
Experience delivering infrastructure projects within large enterprises or financial institutions.
