Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master/PhD in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Computer Engineering.
8+ years in smart manufacturing, factory automation, or automation engineering.
Hands-on with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and production-workflow optimization.
Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead production-floor workflow, capacity, material-flow, and resource-utilization studies.
Develop discrete-event simulation models and scenario logic for production lines and routing.
Coordinate integration of machines with Ignition SCADA and data-collection systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, scalable automation solutions.
