Job summary
Syntec Intelligence Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to support its smart automation assembly facility in Malaysia. You will ensure assembly processes meet production standards, support daily operations, and drive product quality and issue resolution on the shop floor.
This role requires regular floor involvement, troubleshooting equipment, diagnosing issues, and providing technical guidance to operators, with potential travel to overseas subsidiaries for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome; hands-on shop floor ability desired.
- Experience with assembly or automation systems preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain standardized assembly processes in the Malaysia facility.
- Support daily manufacturing and assembly operations on the shop floor.
- Perform in-process quality checks and participate in root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and HQ teams on technical specifications.
- Provide overseas technical support and on-site troubleshooting when needed.
- Assist in developing documentation and training for new processes.
