Initiates and leadsequipment related activitiesinmanufacturingengineering.
Support all engineering activities assigned and tasked by the Engineering Manager(s).
Develop theequipment engineeringrequirement and criteriafor manufacturing line to ensure the process quality and stability of sustaining products.
Buyoff the equipment and establish maintenance interval to ensure suitability and robustness for mass production.
Lead structured problem-solving using 5-Why analysis and 8D methodologies to eliminate recurring equipment failures
Own the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process to track, execute, and validate long-term engineering fixes.
Develop, implement, and optimize Preventive (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Programs and Repair & Maintenance guidance (R&M).
Monitor, analyze, and drive continuous improvement on key operational metrics including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBA (Mean Time Between Assists), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Drive engineering solutions (CIP) to improve equipment uptime, throughput, OEE, and yield.at above the required targets.
Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.
3-5years’experience in manufacturing environment
Strong analytical problem-solving, project management, and clear technical communication skills
Hands on experience dealing withbackendequipment (PnP, AVI, AOI, EOL, Laser Ablation, Glue Dispense, SMT LED Attach and etc).
Solid understanding of reliability engineering metrics (MTTR, MTBA, MTBF) and equipment data tracking.
Proficiency in PLC programming & system management. (Keyence KV-X series, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron and etc.)
Able to read & understand Electrical, Mechanical & PLC Diagram.
Ability to lead a team of AEs in troubleshooting and problem solving.
