The role requires 5+ years in market or business research, with 3+ years in leadership, and a track record in financial services, fintech, or crypto.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of market or business research experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or cryptocurrency is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and shape a research function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute market, user, and competitor research to generate actionable business insights
• Build research frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards from scratch
• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing research team while ensuring high-quality outputs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into structured research initiatives
