Job summary

ATech Solution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a React Native Lead Developer for a FinTech project delivery role. This hands-on leadership position blends technical leadership, architecture, and active development to keep delivery on track.

You will lead Agile processes, coordinate teams, manage risks, and ensure quality across development, testing, and release. English fluency is required; Cantonese is a plus for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer and technical lead with delivery focus.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile software development and planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to production.
• Lead Scrum/Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and release schedules.
• Coordinate developers, QA, clients and stakeholders with clear ownership.
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers early with context.
• Provide hands-on React Native development, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Drive release readiness, CI/CD processes, and production support.
• Act as client contact, manage expectations and trade-offs while maintaining relationships.
