Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters Sdn Bhd is appointing a Finance Manager (Full Set) to lead accounting, reporting and treasury for the property portfolio and related units in Kuala Lumpur.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, financial statements and audits, ensure MFRS compliance, manage tax processes, and guide the finance team to deliver timely, accurate reporting.

Strong communication with stakeholders and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• ACCA/CPA/MICPA/CIMA certification completed or in progress is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with exposure to audit.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, reporting, and treasury for property portfolio and related units.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, financial statements, and schedules; present to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS and statutory regulations; manage audits and tax processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and secretaries to ensure governance and reporting standards.
• Supervise finance team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and adherence to internal controls.
