• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all production activities and ensure materials, equipment and personnel are available to meet production schedules.
• Uphold quality standards and implement quality control measures to meet specifications.
• Lead and manage production teams, motivating employees and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with purchasing/logistics and optimize production efficiency.
• Drive 5S and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe shop floor.
