• Sharp analytical thinking and good people skills.

• Coordinate material releases to the shop floor so operations can execute without delay.
• Keep work-in-progress at healthy levels and cycle times on target.
• Review aged inventory on a regular cadence and drive disposition decisions.
• Respond to escalations by weighing customer urgency against production capacity.
• Act as a backup across related planning functions when teammates are out.
• Partner with the business unit lead on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments — sales, operations, quality — on planning matters.
• Build reporting decks and materials for leadership reviews.
