Job summary
Grab in Malaysia is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Driver In-Trip Experience to own the strategy and roadmap for the Driver app. You will partner with engineers, analysts and business owners to deliver high-impact experiences for driver-partners and improve in-trip efficiency across millions of rides.
You will lead a cross-functional team, translate user insights into requirements, and advocate for data-informed decisions while exploring AI-enabled features to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience at a tech company with user-facing products.
- Strong user-first mindset throughout development.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts clearly with diverse audiences.
- Experience using data analytics to guide product decisions.
- Willingness to embrace AI and LLM in product design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Grab's product and tech teams, as well as country stakeholders to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Continuously explore and improve the Driver app for scalability and new use-cases.
- Influence prioritisation by balancing stakeholder needs and data-informed decisions.
- Understand user needs via research and data, translating insights into requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences to influence outcomes.
- Embrace AI/LLM in daily work and product design.
