Job summary

Grab is seeking a Manager, Driver Communications in Malaysia to serve as the chief strategist for the driver-facing narrative and information ecosystem. You will lead a team of four specialists to unify communications across In-App Messages, Driver Blog, and GrabAcademy, translating policy shifts and regulatory changes into actionable guidance.

You will report to Head, Driver Affairs and be based at First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, overseeing end-to-end communication plans for product launches,

Qualifications

Experience leading a team of specialists (4) to deliver driver communications.
Ability to translate policy shifts into clear, actionable guidance.
Proven track record defining and executing a driver communications strategy.

Responsibilities

Define the driver narrative and change management strategy across product launches, updates, and regulatory shifts.
Drive GrabAcademy in-app training scope with bite-sized modules for driver-partners.
Lead and empower a team of 4 specialists and manage workflows for editorial quality.
Establish and govern the Single Source of Truth across In-App Messages, Driver Blog, and GrabAcademy content.
Gather ground-level insights from drivers via field visits and focus groups.
Monitor channel performance, driver feedback, and support trends to improve message accuracy and deflection goals.
